Curries - worth a try ! (store-bought pastes)


 For this one I used 500g Chicken, thigh fillets, cut into medium size cubes.
You can buy this curry kit from Coles or Woolies or another supermarket.


Here are my variations:
500g Chicken, thigh fillets, cut into medium size cubes
3 tablespoons of the paste
1x zucchini, sliced round (add 5 mins before cooking finishes)
1x sliced carrot, sliced round (add 20 mins before cooking finishes)
You can also try adding a handful of peas (15 mins before cooking finshes)
or 1x eggplant, cubed with skin on (add 5 mins before cooking finishes) 
Also stir fry the the chicken with the paste then add the coconut milk
You can buy this curry paste jar from Aldi.

The recipe on the jar is as follows:
1. Stir fry 4 tablespoons of paste in pan for 1 minute.
2. Add 400ml of coconut cream and bring to the boil.
3. Add 200g of chicken, meat or fish and simmer 8 - 10 minutes.
4. Add 200g of vegetables and simmer for 5 - 6 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Optional - add 1 teas fish sauce and 1/2 teas brown sugar.
